This activity took us about 30 minutes to an hour to play, and is suitable for all ages.

Easy, Fast, and Fun Family Game: Paper Airplanes

Welcome back to our weekly family night game. This week, is a very simple and easy game to play with everyone. You also should be able to find all the supplies needed around your house.

Gather Supplies:

1. Paper

2. Markers (optional)

3. Stickers (optional)

How to Play

1. Set Up: Split into teams, each team is given a sheet of paper and begins creating their paper airplane. The more the creativity the more fun. We also recommend using the stickers and markers to give your plane some style.

2. Ready, Set, Fly: Once the planes and teams are ready to go, find a starting place either in the house or outside the house. Each team then has three chances to launch their plane. The plane that goes the furthest is the winner.

Tips for a more fun

1. Starting point: Our recommendation is to start somewhere higher up. We threw ours from an upstairs window and our balcony.

2. Award: it is always more fun and interesting when their is something on the line to win. Doesn't have to be anything too big, but it will create a bit more suspense.

This was a super easy and fun one to play with the family. We had a wide variety of different planes. Some flew pretty far and some definitely did not. We hope you enjoy!
