When to Order?
Holiday shipping can be a beast to navigate. Use this information to ensure your order arrives on time! The Christmas Box starts shipping November , in the order the orders came in. Ordering in November doesn't mean it ships in November — it means you're near the front of the line when we start. Alaska and Hawaii go USPS, which is slower than the rest of our network. If that's you, order a week earlier than you think you need to.

Frequently asked questions
When should I order holiday cookie gifts to arrive by Christmas?
Order by December 14th for standard shipping and December 21st for expedited within the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS and need an extra week. Our Christmas Box begins shipping November 30th in the order received, so earlier orders go out earlier.
Do you ship cookie gifts nationwide?
Yes. Keksi ships to all 50 states, plus APO/FPO military addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses ship via USPS; everything else primarily goes UPS.
Can I send holiday boxes to multiple addresses?
For orders going to 10 or more addresses, yes — that's handled through our corporate gifting program, so start there. For anything under 10, each address needs its own order. Our checkout can't split a single order across multiple destinations.
Do the boxes arrive ready to give?
With Build Your Own Box, yes — choose a box of 6 or 12 and fill every slot from the flavors in rotation that day. Our pre-assorted boxes come with a set lineup, listed on each product page.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
About three months in the freezer, and about 1-2 weeks before they start to dry out on the counter.
What's in the Christmas Box?
Twelve cookies in a nutcracker-print box. The lineup is listed on the Christmas Box page and changes year to year.
Do you offer nut-free or allergy-friendly options?
We don't offer gluten-free options during the holidays. Our holiday boxes do include a range of flavors, and several of them contain no nuts — full ingredient and allergen details are listed on each box's product page. Everything is baked in a shared kitchen.
Do you do corporate or bulk holiday orders?
Yes. Bulk pricing, invoicing, and multi-recipient sends are covered on our corporate gifting page.
