Customer service reached out to me after leaving my original review and took care of all of my concerns. I am satisfied with the results and will most likely order from them again. My replacement cookies arrived quickly and are fresh and tasty. Hopefully, this experience will help them to handle complaints in a timelier manner.

I had multiple problems with my order. It took two weeks for the cookies to arrive. I emailed the company 3 times and was never contacted to try to resolve any of the issues. I will NOT purchase from this company ever again.

Summer Berry Pie is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy

If you want a cookie that is more than it claims, or a bread with the flavors with so many different names, it's all in one and Keksi is the oven that offers to bake it all with the loving care the same!!

I keep saying I am not going to buy anymore cookies from you as they are so addictive. I have some in n the freezer and go in and count them to make sure nobody stole any and then I come online and look at new cookies. I have to do 12 steps on your cookies as I am a Cookie Addicted Person and proud of it. I will be ordering soon I am almost down to 2 in the freezer. The palms of my hands will get sweaty, the headaches will come, and I will have to take pills to calm my nerves until they arrive. The Sugar Lemon are the best.

This is the first order I’m many years. The cookies have greatly improved since then. I bought 2 build your own boxes to share with my 9 member family. We all have loved the cookies. My son said the Caramel Macadamia was phenomenal. My husband loved the Peanut Butter cookie. He thought it was a brownie. My daughter, daughter-in-law and I loved the birthday cake one. But to be honest, they are all very good. We each just have our favorites.

Kelsi’s cookies and breads are always reliably scrumptious and delicious! I always order enough to share with friends, family, and coworkers. Everyone who has tried your unmatched baked goods has given rave reviews! I have lost count of how many times I’ve had to share the link to the Keksi website. The most common response “is oh my gosh these are so delicious. Where did you get these from?” Even my daughter-in-law who considers herself to be a “cookie snob“ is the first to partake when she sees that I have brought more.

Very dry cookies. Bad flavor just tastes like sugar.

I always bought your cookies for others but finally bought a box just for me! All of the cookies were just deeeelicious! Having to use a KNIFE to cut the cookies in half so I wouldn’t gobble all of it at once was something!

Blueberry pie and Texas sheet cake are my favorites

The Dubai chocolate is amazing. I heard Pat talking about how good they are and thought yea right. But to my surprise they are even better than he described. I will be ordering again as I absolutely love the chocolate peanut butter cookies.

I loved the cookie that I ate (saving them and eating them slowly). Unfortunately the delivery partner misplaced my delivery and they showed up way later than expected. We were concerned because of them being perishable, so we asked and Keksi didn’t want us to take a chance and refunded the price so we could reorder them. They assured us they were still safe so we are going to eat them anyway. Hard to believe there is a company that still believes in the customer. Thanks So Much.

Amazing cookies always!

There are no words to describe the deliciousness of these cookies!! I did not expect them to be so big and fresh. I liked the idea of getting to “make your own box.” So glad I learned about them from watching the Glen Beck show. Will definitely order again.

Delicious but not worth 9 dollars per cookie. Most likely not going to buy again

These cookies are wonderful! We placed a second order just 2 weeks after receiving our first dozen. I was going to freeze half of the most recent order but they're going fast. We each have our favorite one but they are all good. Will definitely order again soon, and will also give some boxes as gifts.

1st time ordered!!

Ordered 6 Dubai chocolate cookies, with 2 cookies that were in pieces.

Packaging was nice and it took 1 week for delivery.

The freshness of the cookies was a bit inconsistent.

We tried a Father’s Day box assortment and really appreciated the attractive packaging and the wide variety of flavors. Several of the cookies were excellent, and we really enjoyed some of the recipes. While the flavors were all good, a few of the cookies—especially the Summer Berry Pie—were noticeably dry and crumbly, which made us wonder if they weren’t as fresh as the others.

I’d still order again because I suspect the Father’s Day rush and shipping delays may have affected the freshness of part of our order. If that’s the case, I’d like to give them another try under normal circumstances.

My biggest kick I get about your cookies being put into the freezer where they can last 3 months! Ha ha ha... these babies do not last 3 days in my house.=:) Thanks for excellent cookies.

Cookies were great as usual and the shipping was on time. Bree demonstrated an unmatched level of customer service and flexibility with a last minute gift message request before they were sent out. Also, the property management staff where I live really enjoyed them and will become future customers. They had never heard of y’all until now.
