Cookies were dried out from the time I got them, put most of them in the fridge or freezer and didn't seem to help. May want to revise the shelf life. Has good flavor though.

Have purchased several boxes of Keksi cookies and they have always been excellent quality. Interesting flavors and textures.
However, this time it was different. The coffee cake cookie was out of this world. Perfect with morning coffee.

Customer service reached out to me after leaving my original review and took care of all of my concerns. I am satisfied with the results and will most likely order from them again. My replacement cookies arrived quickly and are fresh and tasty. Hopefully, this experience will help them to handle complaints in a timelier manner.
I had multiple problems with my order. It took two weeks for the cookies to arrive. I emailed the company 3 times and was never contacted to try to resolve any of the issues. I will NOT purchase from this company ever again.

Got a half dozen mixed box. I listen to Pat and the gang always talk up these cookies. They were good, but not life changing. I did enjoy the variety, but the cookies on the whole were, meh. I was expecting them to be a lot bigger too. I hate to admit they aren't as good as your competitor. I've actually made some that were better. For the price I was expecting mind blowing, they were not

The most amazing cookies I have bought. When they arrived via UPS on the warm day in July, as soon as the box was brought into the house, the house smelled of fresh baked cookies. The hot UPS truck made them warm and like fresh out of the oven.

Some of the best cookies ever. Went with the summer cookies and our favorite Snickerdoodle. We keep them in the fridge, bring one out, put a little butter on it then pop one in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Like fresh out of the oven!!!

Great cookies. Not as big as Pat and Kris make them out to be just the right size for me. The coffee cake cookies were stupid good especially after gibe them 45 seconds in microwave. Shame I can't get more til next year. If you are looking for a great cookie keksi is the way to go.
