Nationwide Cookie Delivery

Two numbers, added together: 1–3 business days for us to bake and pack, plus carrier transit — UPS Ground usually runs 3–5 business days. Most orders land 4–8 business days out, and checkout gives you the exact estimate before you pay. We ship Monday through Thursday so your cookies aren't sitting in a truck all weekend.

How it Works

Not Amazon

If you’re looking for mass-produced, sitting-on-a-shelf cookies… that’s not us. We bake, wrap, and pack everything in house—so a short wait means you’re getting them at their best.

Carrier Options

We primarily ship with UPS for the fastest, most reliable delivery. USPS is available, but pickups are less frequent—so shipping can take up to a week just to go out. If timing matters, go with UPS.

Returns

Because our cookies are perishable, and due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If something arrives wrong or there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll always make it right.

How we Ship Cookies Nationwide

Step 1. Bake Fresh

Cookies are freshly baked right here in Fort Worth, TX.

Step 2. Cool, Wrap & Freeze

Every cookie is individually wrapped, sealed, and frozen at peak freshness. That's what keeps it fresh in transit — no ice packs, no damp box, no puddle to explain.

Step 3. Pack into gift boxes

Into gift-ready packaging, packed to be handed over as-is. Nothing left for you to wrap.

Step 4. Ship Nationwide

Out the door frozen, Monday through Thursday, via UPS or USPS.

Step 5. Enjoy

Delivered ready to eat. No assembly, no instructions, no self-control required.

Birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, thank-yous, care packages, or just because—there's never a bad reason to send cookies. Some people send flowers. We prefer cookies.

Freshness & Storage Guide

When they arrive, skip the self-control and enjoy them fresh from the bag. You're in good company—most people do.

If there are any cookies left (no judgment if there aren't), refrigerate them for up to 1 week or freeze them for up to 3 months for peak freshness.

If you somehow saved a cookie for later, remove it from the bag and microwave for about 15 seconds, or warm it in a 350°F oven until soft and gooey.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We typically ask for 1-3 business days to prepare, package and ship orders. Depending how busy we are, it can take a little longer.

How long does delivery take after shipment?

The delivery times vary based on the shipping method that is chosen at checkout. Standard UPS Ground is 3-5 business days, while other expedited options arrive faster.

Expedited options include: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number.

When do you ship orders?

We ship Monday through Thursday.

Why don't you ship on Fridays?

We primarily ship Monday through Thursday to help ensure your cookies spend less time sitting in transit and arrive as fresh as possible.

Orders placed on Thursdays, may not ship until Monday.

HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED?

All of our cookies are individually wrapped and sealed.

DO YOU SHIP THE COOKIES WITH ICE PACKS?

We do not ship with ice packs. All of our products are frozen before they ship to help maintain freshness during transit.

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes! Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Can I send cookies as a gift?

Absolutely! Most of our orders are gifts. You can ship directly to friends, family members, coworkers, clients, or loved ones across the country.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do! However, they can be a 1-2 week delay depending on when your order was placed because USPS does not pick up for us very often.

Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?

Yes we do! However, they can be a 1-2 week delay depending on when your order was placed because USPS does not pick up for us very often.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside of our control. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit times are determined by the shipping provider. If your order experiences significant delays, contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at customersupport@keksi.com and send us a few pictures.

Do Cookies Melt During Summer Shipping?

Sometimes they soften, and we'd rather tell you than dodge it. Every box ships frozen, which buys real time in a hot truck — but a 100°F afternoon can still soften frosting or smudge chocolate. That's cosmetic. The cookie underneath is fine, and twenty minutes in the fridge firms it right back up. If yours arrives rough enough that you'd rather not hand it to anyone, email a photo to customersupport@keksi.com and we'll make it right.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, and it's the one place our usual answer changes. Alaska and Hawaii ship USPS, not UPS — UPS doesn't serve those lanes for us. Plan on longer transit than the lower 48, and because USPS picks up from us less often, add a few days on the front end too. Everything still goes out frozen and individually sealed. If you're sending to AK or HI for a specific date, give yourself an extra week and email us so we can watch it.

Does someone need to be home for delivery?

No signature required, so nobody has to take the afternoon off waiting. That said, we'd rather it didn't sit out there for hours — the box leaves us frozen, and a porch in August undoes that faster than you'd think. Ship it somewhere it'll get brought inside quickly: a workplace, or a day you know someone's home. If that's not possible, the tracking email gives you enough warning to ask a neighbor to grab it.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Email customersupport@keksi.com the second you notice. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it and nobody has to know. Once it's with the carrier, an address correction is sometimes possible and sometimes carries a carrier fee — and sometimes the box simply goes where the label told it to. We can't replace an order that was delivered exactly as addressed, so it's worth double-checking that line at checkout.
