When will my order ship?

Orders typically go out within 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Usually faster… unless everyone else had the same idea as you (which happens). We ship Monday through Thursday to help avoid your cookies sitting in transit over the weekend.
Can I return my order?

Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. If something arrives wrong or there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll always make it right.
Freshness & Storage

All our cookies our frozen before they ship and are individually wrapped and sealed to help maintain freshness during transit.

Cookies can be stored in the fridge for about a week and up to 3 months in the freezer.

I bought these as a gift for my step-father's birthday. When my husband bought them for me, I loved them. I thought they were some of the best cookies that I had ever eaten. Unfortunately my step-father did not enjoy them as much as I did. He thought they were too sweet. He insisted on scraping the sugar off the top.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you enjoyed the cookies, and we'll take note of the feedback about the sweetness level. We appreciate your insight and hope your step-father still enjoyed the gift overall!

Bought a Birthday Box for my daughter who lives in the Dallas Area. Prompt delivery is putting it mildly. Even though the website said would be delivered by the 9th (4days) it was delivered the next evening!!! Okay. Now the results via text message.

Daughter: BEST Cookie in the whole world

Me: Looks like the Texas Sheet Cake Cookie
Best cookie in the world huh? I will definitely take the win!! I Love you lots!!!!!❤️🤗🙏

Daughter: I ate too much and now I’m sick to my stomach!!!! Worth it

She is feeling fine btw. I’m hoping she shares Keksi goodness with her clients. I cannot wait to try them myself!!!!
