Refund policy

All products purchased from Keksi are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of each order. If you experience an issue, please reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@keksi.com and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your items, you may be asked to provide photos so we can properly evaluate the situation.

Refund requests must be submitted before your order ships or within 7 days of delivery. Requests made outside of this window may not be eligible for a refund.
