Shipping policy

We offer nationwide shipping and have partnered with UPS as our exclusive carrier. At checkout, you’ll be able to select from the available UPS shipping methods that best fit your timeline.

For larger orders, shipments may be consolidated into multiple smaller boxes to help optimize shipping and reduce costs.

If a PO Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed several days while we contact you to update the shipping address.

To ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible, we ship Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may ship the following Monday.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
