Why Cookies Work as Closing Gifts

The closing gift has a reputation problem. A branded cutting board. A bottle of wine that sits in a moving box for six months. A gift card that reads like a line item. Cookies get opened the night they land, in a house full of takeout containers and unpacked boxes, and that's the part people remember.

Ships to the New Address

We send to whatever address you give us, including the one they just closed on. No hauling a gift bag to the signing table or coordinating a drop-off around their move.

Personalized per Closing

Your logo goes on the note card and the message changes per recipient. The couple who fought for six months over inspections doesn't get the same note as the cash buyer who closed in nine days.

Reorders Take a Minute

Four closings this month, four different addresses, one order. Send us the list and we handle the labels, the notes, and the shipping.

Cookie Boxes

Our cookies come in boxes, not one at a time. Pick a box we've put together or build your own from whatever's in rotation the day you order.

Frequently asked questions

Can you ship the gift to my client's new address?

Yes. Give us the address and we ship there directly. Most agents send to the new house a few days after move-in rather than handing something over at closing, when the client is already carrying a folder of paperwork and a set of keys.

When should a closing gift arrive?

There's no wrong answer, but a few days after they've moved in tends to land better than the day of. The house is a mess, the kitchen isn't unpacked, and a box of cookies is genuinely useful at that exact moment. Some agents send at closing and again at the one-year mark.

What's the minimum order?

Five boxes for bulk pricing. Smaller orders are welcome at standard pricing with no minimum, and you can place those through the site any time.

Are realtor closing gifts tax deductible?

The IRS allows a deduction of up to $25 per recipient per year on business gifts, which is worth knowing before you build your list. We bake cookies, not tax returns — check with your accountant on how it applies to you.

Can I add my logo and brokerage?

Yes. Your logo prints on the note card that goes in each box, and the message on those cards is personalized per recipient.

How far in advance should i order?

For larger orders, about a week. During November and December we may need more time depending on branded order volume.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and send to as many separate addresses as you need. Fill out our spreadsheet with each recipient's name, address, and note, and we handle the labels, the packing, and the shipping.

Can I set up repeat orders for multiple closings?

Not automatically — there's no saved-list or subscription setup on our end yet. What most agents do is email us the addresses and notes for that month's closings and we run it as one order. It takes a few minutes on your side and we handle the rest.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

All cookies are individually wrapped and sealed to hold up in transit. About a week at room temperature. In the freezer they'll keep up to three months.

Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?

We don't offer gluten-free, but several of our flavors are nut free.
