Customers rave about these "rich and flavorful" large cookies in a festive box with trading cards. Most said they're "delicious" and loved the presentation. However, some noted freshness concerns and desire for flavor customization. A few reported cookies arriving damaged or melted, particularly in warm climates, suggesting packaging improvements needed.
I have ordered from Pat Gray’s (from the blaze) cookie company numerous times. Each time, I have to let them know their cookies arrive melted or damaged. I cannot believe they do not have the packaging down by now. It is so frustrating. They sent the Halloween box of cookies to Arizona. We purchased the Halloween box as a gift for a friend and every single cookie arrived smooshed or completely melted. No ice packs no dry ice. Especially to Arizona. There is absolutely no quality control with Pat‘s wife.

Such a Fun Halloween Surprise! 🎃👻
I ordered this as an early Halloween gift for my niece and nephew, and they absolutely loved it! The cookies were so fun and creative, and they had so much fun exploring all the spooky designs and delicious flavors. The collectible Halloween cards were an extra little surprise that made it even more special! Such a cute and unique gift, especially for kids. Keksi did an amazing job putting this box together, and seeing how excited they were made it totally worth it! ❤️
They arrived melted. No dry ice in package.

Hey Pat, so how’s your day going so far? 😂. I’ve listened to your show and heard you talk about theses cookies for years. After seeing Jeffys chair practically “CAPSIZE” every time you bring out a new box I finally caved and bought a box. The Halloween box was amazing and I’m definitely going to buy a box every holiday that you have a new one! Keep up the great tasting cookies and we will keep you all and especially Keith in our prayers! Godbless
