Freshness & Storage

All our cookies our frozen before they ship and are individually wrapped and sealed to help maintain freshness during transit.

Cookies can be stored in the fridge for about a week and up to 3 months in the freezer.

I’ve ordered before and I love your cookies. Steve Deace mentioned it was chocolate chip cookie day and you had 1lb cookies just that day. I got the cookies fairly quickly. However, they just weren’t up to Pat and Jackie standards nor Jeffy’s. They were too doughy, a bit dry and the butter tasted old. I hate leaving this review because I’ve been so impressed with all the cookies I’ve ordered before. Thought it was just me but my husband and twins felt the same way.
